How does Interchange Western work with you?

One On One support

Much of the programs offered by Interchange Western are offered to individuals and small groups. This ensures participants are in a supportive environment that allows them to make close friendships and achieve their goals and aspirations.

The program is tailored to meet the needs of an individual and is flexible to accommodate any request. 

The majority of participants within this program are in a receipt of a support care package or a part of our fee-for-service model.
